Temple University’s Beasley School of Law offers a real world experience that incorporates academic and practical applications of legal study into rigorous classroom experiences. Its faculty is comprised of a distinguished group of experienced attorneys who are continually recognized throughout the world as legal experts. As part of this group, Mr. Sandler will be teaching a course in corporate reorganization and chapter 11 bankruptcy. The course focuses on the reorganization process from pre-bankruptcy planning to commencement of a case through post-confirmation of a plan of reorganization.
Mr. Sandler is a partner in the firm’s Business Reorganization Practice Group and is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee and Client Services Committee. He has substantial experience in the representation of businesses in out of court reorganizations, and of debtors, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, purchasers, landlords, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustees and post-confirmation plan administrators in business bankruptcies. Mr. Sandler also focuses on, and has substantial experience in, representing international and national businesses as well as entrepreneurs in corporate and commercial transactions.
