CLEVELAND, OHIO – October 13, 2008– Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP is pleased to announce that  Bradford Sandler was re-appointed co-chair of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Litigation Subcommittee of the same committee for the 2008-2009 program year. The committee focuses on issues arising from litigation relating to financial and business relationships, including banking, lender liability and credit disputes, securities and consumer matters, trade secret and confidentiality agreements, Uniform Commercial Code arrangements, real estate transactions, bankruptcy and general commercial dealings.

Mr. Sandler is a partner in the firm’s Business Reorganization Practice Group, and is a member of the firm’s China Group and its Diversity Committee. He represents businesses in out of court reorganizations, and debtors, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, purchasers, landlords, trustees and post-confirmation plan administrators in business bankruptcies. Mr. Sandler also focuses on representing international and national businesses as well as entrepreneurs in corporate and commercial transactions.
